Comprehensive risk analysis of a large undertaking

Aims
Our primary aim was the clarification of the extent of the insurance coverage and the identification of the possible operational risks

Professional outcomes
Recommendations were elaborated concerning the modification of certain parts of the insurance contracts, the insurance policy to be followed by the undertaking, and the actual steps to be taken for the implementation. We proposed insurance technical means that, instead of the purchase of new covers entailing increased costs, by way of joint optimisation of covers, limits and deductibles result in an extended coverage.

Outcomes on the cost side
In addition to the elimination of certain gaps, by way of assuming a negligible increase in the premium, the undertaking improved its insurance index. We managed to improve the scope of insurance of the undertaking.
